How to Apply

Both husband and wife have to log in with their respective Aadhaar and enter the details online. Photographs of both persons and related documents should be uploaded. Submit the video KYC by making sure that all the information is correct and the prescribed fee is remitted

Fine ₹ 250

Required Documents and Information

1. 1Photograph of Husband and wife
2. Relevant documents proving the date of birth of husband and wife
3. Any one of the following documents proving the solemnisation of Marriage
4. i) Certificate from religious authority
5. ii) Declaration in Form No. 2 from a Gazatted officer/M.P/M.L.A/Mayor/President/Councilor/Panchayat Member
6. iii) Certificate from Marriage Officer (For Marriages took place sub registrar office only)
